CarerbaseCarerbase was developed in conjunction with Birmingham City Council, the largest city council in the UK, to provide Emergency Respite Care as announced under the New Deal for Carers in February 2007. It integrates a full database of carers and their cared for’s and displays all the relevant information to the telephone operator who can then action the emergency plan. The Evaluation DatabaseThe Evaluation Database (TED) is a system that supports Early Years service providers in collecting evidence to allow for easier and more efficient monitoring and evaluation of services. It was also delevoped with Birmingham City Council and allows centres from accross the city to compile information for Ofstead reports, and is currently being expand to include more features.
